Meagan Good was born in Panorama City, Los Angeles in the 8th of August, 1981. Her mother Tyra Wardlow Doyle worked as her manager when she was in her teens. Her acting career began at the age of four. She was raised in Canyon Country, California with three of her siblings. At the beginning of her career she appeared as an actor on TV shows like Doogie Howser Amen or M.D. When she was 13she was snubbed as Friday in 1995. The film first gained attention during 1997 due to her performance in the role of Cisely batiste (a teenager who is struggling) as a troubled teenager in Eve's Bayou, for which she won two nominations and also received an N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nominated. Good began to take on smaller TV and film roles over several years, before transitioning to more mature roles during the beginning of 2000. She appeared as Nina on Cousin Skeeter a Nickelodeon T.V. From 1998 to 2001, she starred as Nina on Nickelodeon's TV series Cousin Squeeter. In addition, she was offered small role on the show from 1998 to 2001. She also landed minor roles in the films House Party: Down to the last second and 3 Strikes. She also appeared in 2003 as she portrayed Vanessa Scott in My Wife and Kids. She received nominations for Best Actress for the Black Movie Awards, 2005. In the following years, she was in movies, such as Cookout one miss call Waist deep The Love Guru and You Have Serve. The year 2012 saw her on both T.V. In addition to films her roles included Mya as well as her character Ms. Stevens respectively in Think Like a Man with a large cast and Dysfunctional Friends, which starred a smaller group. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire.
