Anita Sarkeesian, a Canadian/American media critic who is also a public speech writer. Passionate about issues of gender identities and feminisms from an early age she launched her site Feminist Frequency in 2009, while still a student at the University. The ambitious lady planned to launch a web series on gender-based representations in video games and ended up being the victim of an online harassment campaign.
